Refund policy

At EX.TR.AA by Nia Imani, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make things right — while also protecting the integrity of our small business.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged gym apparel in its original packaging, with all original tags attached, within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Hats

  • Bras

  • Socks

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items (purchased using a promo code or during a sale)

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at ex.tr.aallc@gmail.com with the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

Return shipping is free.
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. If approved, your refund (minus the 5% restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Returned items must meet all return eligibility criteria

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ex.tr.aallc@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and issue. We’ll correct it as quickly as possible.

Additional Terms to Protect Our Store

  • Late Returns: Items returned after the 14-day return window will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Condition of Items: We do not accept returns that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or missing tags.

  • Return Abuse: To maintain fair use of our return policy, customers who frequently return items or violate our terms may be restricted from future returns.

  • Final Decision: EX.TR.AA by Nia Imani reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with the policy terms.
